Teledyne TSS to Exhibit at PACIFIC 2010 Teledyne TSS, World Leaders in marine and defence technologies will be exhibiting at PACIFIC 2010 International Maritime Conference & Exposition, Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, Australia, from the 27th to the 29th January 2010. Teledyne TSS is a world class supplier of marine navigation, gyrocompasses and steering controls, combined with a range of high-tech, accurate sensors for heading and motion measurement, and subsea pipe and cable survey and detection. As well as its commercially available products, the Company offers a bespoke engineering service to meet increasing naval demands specifically in the realm of steering controls and navigation technology. On show at PACIFIC 2010 will be the MK 31 Inertial Reference System which utilises an IMU based on proven ring laser gyros and accelerometers. An inertial navigation algorithm provides heading and attitude data for platform stabilisation or motion compensation to meet the needs of a wide range of commercial and defence customers seeking a cost-effective and reliable solution for their control system requirements.
